  7. Ahora vamos a armar el budín. Ponemos una base de mezcla, los huevos duros en el centro, y luego tapamos con más mezcla.
  8. Lo vamos a llevar al horno para que se cocine el huevo crudo, así que no será mucho tiempo. Yo puse mi horno a 180° y lo deje unos 20 minutos, pero como siempre digo, cada horno tiene su secreto, así que vayan chusmeando.
  9. Una vez que lo sacamos, lo vamos a dejar enfriar para poder desmoldar sin que se rompa, yo recomiendo cortarlo con cuchillo eléctrico para que no se desarme a la hora de cortar el huevo duro del centro.
