  3. Pasados 15 minutos hirviendo, sacamos el chorizo colorado del agua, lo cortamos en trocitos y ponemos en la olla junto a la panceta, revolvemos bien para que tomen todos los sabores. Después agregar la carne.
  4. Mientras tanto cortar en cubos todas las verduras.
  5. Agregar la cebolla, el ajo y el puerro con una pizca de sal, todo lo dorado del fondo de la olla se va a ir levantando e impregnando en nuestras verduras.
  6. Agregar la papa, el zapallo, tomate, zanahoria, y condimentar con el orégano, sal, pimienta y las hojas de laurel.
  7. Agregar la taza de vino tinto, subir el fuego a la olla y mientras tanto poner a hervir una ollita con caldo de verdura. Seguir revolviendo cada tanto.
  8. Colar las lentejas que habíamos hervido, agregarlas a la olla, agregar el caldo y revolver bien cada tanto por unos 20/30 minutos hasta que se consuma casi todo el líquido.
  9. Disfrutar! Queda riquísimo!
