- Freímos en otra olla, las presas de pollo para sellarlo por ambos lados, retiramos, luego en la misma grasita adicionamos la cebolla, el ajo molido, el ají panca, el ají amarillo. Luego de 10 min cuando tengamos el sofrito adicionamos el tomate picado, adicionamos la chicha de jora, el zapallito loche, el cilantro, las presas de pollo, adicionamos agua o caldo de pollo hasta cubrir 3 ctm de hacia arriba. Sal al gusto
- Luego de 10 minutos retiramos las presas y reservamos. Agregamos las lentejas, el orégano y un poco de cilantro, revolvemos y dejamos por 5 minutos más. Retiramos y servimos con arroz y una presa de pollo, en mi caso solo use una milanesa. Disfrútenlo!!!!
