  4. Una vez dorado todo, ponemos las verduras cortadas en cubitos y agregamos los condimentos a gusto. Yo le pongo los siguientes: sal, pimienta, provenzal, orégano, laurel, un caldito de verduras cortado chiquito y ajo picado chiquito.
  5. Después de revolver un poco agregamos el puré de tomate y dejamos cocinar aproximadamente unos 30 o 40 min. Cuando el guiso ya está casi listo le agrego un pequeño puñadito de arroz pero eso es a gusto de cada uno.
  6. En el caso de que le agregues arroz, deberás esperar hasta que el arroz este cocido y luego apagas el fuego.
  7. Por último mezclas el guiso y las lentejas ya cocidas. Y está listo para comer
