Cuando estuvo listo (no necesita mucha cocción, apenas se ablanden los vegetales ya está) le puse una cucharada de harina para que el relleno quede más compacto (así sabía hacer mi abuela con su pastel de carne).
- En una fuente apenas aceitada puse el relleno y lo aplasté con una cuchara. Luego agregué el puré y lo desparramé. Yo tuve que mojar una cuchara para poder esparcirlo bien ya que estaba bastante duro porque lo hice el día anterior.
- Poner queso cremoso o el que tengan y llevar al horno hasta que se derrita. Y listo!
