  5. Cuando hayan pasado los 5 minutos apagamos y dejamos que aprovechen el calor de la placa hasta que la aguja baje sola y se despresurice la olla por si sola.

  6. En caso de butano o induccion, en lugar de 5 min son 8 min y dejar despresurizar por si sola
