- En un vaso de batidora añadimos la cebolla y el ajo pocha ditos con el pimentón le añadimos el pimiento verde ya sacado de la olla y el puerro le añadimos un cazo del caldo de la olla y lo batimos. Y lo echamos de vuelta a la olla.
- Colamos las lentejas y las añadimos a la olla
- Pelamos las dos patatas y las lavamos. Y las chascamos medianas. Añadimos a la olla
- Quitamos el exceso de caldo. Dejamos solo que cubra. Dejamos 20’-25’ a fuego medio. Hay que esperar a que la patata esté y las lentejas estén en su punto.
- Sacamos de la olla las dos zanahorias los dos chorizos y el medio taco de jamón para picarlos y los volvemos a añadir cuando queden 5’
