  5. Cuando ya esté bien dorado añadimos el chorizo y damos vueltas día minutos o tres.
  6. Echamos el pimentón y lo movemos unos segundos, tras esto echamos el vino y las dos cucharadas de tomate natural triturado y dejamos 4 minutos que se evapore el alcohol.
  7. Echamos el resto de los ingredientes las patatas las lentejas y la hoja de laurel y lo movemos tres minutos, añadimos la pastillas de carne y el agua, lo justo para tapar todos los ingredientes.
  8. Yo las hago en una olla rápida, cuando ya está saliendo vapor fuerte, bajo el fuego a medio y lo dejo 11 minutos, ya sólo queda corregir de sal y disfrutar de este plato.
