  3. En la ensaledera que vayais a usar, pelar el tomate y picarlo para que el jugo no se desperdicie, añadir los pimientos picaditos en dados pequeños, y la cebolla.
  4. Añadir las lentejas y remover para que se vayan mezclando los ingredientes, después el arroz y mezclar. Añadir el resto de ingredientes al gusto ( maiz, brotes, atún)
  5. Aliñar al gusto, yo sólo le eche un poquito de aceite, pero vosotras hacerlo como más os guste, y lista!!
