  4. Cuando este bien echo echar el pimentón. Yo pongo mitad picante y mitad dulce. A ser posible de la vera que tiene mejor sabor. Remover sin parar.
  5. Echar las pastillas de caldo en agua caliente para deshacerlas y añadir. Añadir las lentejas escurridas. Completar de agua hasta el max de la olla.
  6. Echar el comino, pimienta, sal y jengibre. Añadir agua hasta el limite max de la olla. Yo uso una súper rápida y la pongo 15 minutos. Después retiro y lleno la olla a tope de agua caliente y dejo al fuego 5 minutos más.
  7. Es una olla de 8 litros. Así saco 12 porciones que se pueden congelar. Por eso no echo patatas que se ponen raras al congelarlas. Sin olla rápida llenar hasta arriba desde el principio y dejar cocer unos 45 minutos. Para menos cantidad usar mitad de lentejas e ingredientes.
