  1. Lavamos muy bien las lentejas y las ponemos en una olla a la que añadiremos 3 vasos de agua. Ponemos la olla a fuego medio-alto.
  2. Añadimos a la olla el chorizo, un chorrito de aceite y el jamón
  3. Trituramos el tomate, la cebolla, los pimientos y el ajo y lo añadimos a la olla con las lentejas.
  4. Cuando lleve un rato hirviendo añadimos la pastilla de avecrem.
  5. Dejamos que hierva unos 5 minutos y le bajamos un poco el fuego (medio-bajo).
  6. Las dejamos hervir y a los 20 minutos aproximadamente añadimos medio vaso de agua.
  7. Cuando hiervan de nuevo añadimos sal al gusto y dejamos hervir hasta que estén listas. Probar de sal antes de servir y corregir si es necesario.
  8. A la hora de servir podemos añadir unas cucharadas de arroz blanco (recomiendo unas 3 por plato) y media cucharada de mantequilla.
