- Pon un chorro de aceite de oliva en una cazuela a fuego medio y echa los chorizos y la morcilla en rodajas, corta en trozos la ternera y la añades también, deja que se haga junto con la hoja de Laurel hasta que la ternera se dore un poquito. Después añade las patatas en trozos pequeños y echa el chorro de tomate frito, remueve todo y añade las lentejas previamente lavadas(yo no las pongo en remojo porque compro las lentejas pardinas, son más pequeñitas)
- Cuando hayas echado las lentejas añade el resto de los ingredientes dejando el agua para lo último, remueve y cúbrelo de agua unos 4 dedos por encima más o menos, ve controlando por si se queda sin caldo añade más agua y una pizca de sal, así hasta que las patatas estén blanditas y ya estaría listo. (cuando vayas a echar las lentejas en el plato le puedes echar una cuchara de mantequilla y remueve hasta que se deshaga, da muy buen sabor, pruébalo!)
