  7. Preparamos la cebolla muy picada.
    Ponemos una sartén con 2 o 3 cucharadas de AOVE
  8. Le añadimos la cebolla, el pimentón dulce y el colorante y sofreímos a fuego bajo.
  9. Cuando la cebolla está pochada retiramos del fuego
  10. Añadimos el sofrito a la olla de lentejas y cocinamos 5 minutos más
  11. Servir y listos.
